Cancelling or rescheduling outside of the 24 hour window leading up to your appointment will be no fee.

Cancelling within 24 hours owes 50% of the service, and cancelling within the hour of appointment scheduled or no showing after 15 min of appointment owes the whole service fee.

Yes, as long as I am informed prior and they are attending the same session originally scheduled.

I can extend the session 5 mins past the initial appointment time. After that, your session time will be cut. If you're 15 mins late, your appointment is cancelled with the cancellation fee.

It is an hour massage with a 30 minute reading incorporated.
